Scope, amount and purpose of use

1. According to GB 2760-2020, various edible essence can be prepared according to production needs. According to FEMA regulations, Max dosage can reach 1400mg/kg.

2. The dosage of this product in Baijiu is small, generally 3-300mg/l, especially in light flavor liquor. In Maotai flavor and Luzhou flavor Baijiu, the general dosage is 200-300mg/l. Coordinated with ethyl caproate, ethyl heptanate and other aroma components, it is one of the important components to produce rich pit flavor.

3. In 50% (v/v) deodorized ethanol, the smell and taste of this product are: at 1000mg/l, it smells like Daqu pit mud, and the taste is slightly numb; At 100mg/l, it has pit mud smell, slightly fat smell and sharp taste.
