1. Ethyl caproate has pineapple and banana like fruit aroma, as well as rich wine aroma. It is an edible flavor permitted in GB 2760-2020. It is commonly used to prepare banana, apple, pineapple and other fruit flavored edible essence and brandy, Baijiu and other wine essence.
